If your car’s got flat tires, it’s not running, the windows are broken, or the AC isn’t working, I’m not going to price-gouge you over it. I’ll actually walk you through why I’m quoting what I’m quoting and what it costs to fix those things. Our price is based on the real fair market value of the vehicle, not on nickel-and-diming you over small stuff.
If the car isn’t running, that’s often no problem either. Sometimes it’s something simple like a fuel pump or a battery — I bring my own mechanics, we get it started right there, and you get more than a junkyard would give you.
